    good news that you have the tyres pumped now. i guess your farm kids will be getting more than enough dust in those valves without the caps. let us know if the valves get clogged up and we'll send you out some new tubes. Happy riding!

    Thanks for the reply. Its a four mile round trip to a gas station - good thing I don't live in New Zealand,I guess the gas station could be much further away! I live on a farm, the valve caps are there to keep dust out, so that the valves continue to function, and dont get blocked, so I think they need them, after all, a child that age should be supervised, especially on a bike. I worked out that using a compressor with car adapter would work, that's how I got them pumped up - maybe you could let your distributors know this? They told me I could use a bike pump.

    Hi Paul - sorry to hear you can't get the tyres to pump up. We ship our tyres not fully pumped to avoid complications with temperature and climatic changes as the bikes travel around the globe. We remove the valve caps as they are a choking hazard for kids under 3, and to meet global toy safety standards. Also, the caps are just for dust, they don't play a role in keeping air in the tyres. Our suggestion would be for you to try pumping the tyres at a gas station - you won't need to unscrew the bikepump afterwards, and hopefully there's a station closer than 2 hours away :-) We recommend you pump the tyres no more than 25psi. Let us know how it goes.

    I recently bought a Ltd Edition bike. 2 of the 3 tyres were flat and all were missing thier valve caps. I am having great difiiculty keeping the tyres pumped up. Having pumped up the tyre, and as I unscrew the pump adapter, virtually ALL of the air is lost from the tyre. Whilst I expect a short burst of air from a Schrader valve, surely the tyre shouldn't deflate almost completely? Your distributor has offered to change the tyres, but this involves a 4 hour round trip, is there something else I can do? Thanks

    Our 14 month old son Parker loves his Wishbone bike & is a madman on it. He races down driveways, gutters & loves going as fast as he can. He laughs the whole time and crys when we take him off. We as his parents feel Parker is safe on the bike as it is very stable and goes anywhere. All of our neighbours and people out walking are amazed by Parker and his cool bike, everyone asks where we got the bike from and comment on how great it is. We are so excited to see Parker getting around so well on his Wishbone bike as he has had movement issues since he was born and the Wishbone bike has allowed him the freedom to be able to explore outside. Thankyou for this great product that has made our little man very happy!!!
